You need to read the directions. This is meant to be mixed with PROTI-VLC Hot Base Mix for a 160 calorie meal replacement. I wouldn’t exactly call it tasty, but… for what it is, well there are a lot worse meal replacements out there.

This was just dehydrated broccoli or something that you’re supposed to add to your soup. It was gross and watery. Threw it out. Don’t waste your money. I don’t get what the point of this was.
